Banana Bread Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup raw pecans rough chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups milk any kind

Instructions

  • Mix the oats, pecans, cinnamon, salt and baking powder in a large bowl.
    In a separate bowl, mash the bananas well then whisk in the eggs, vanilla, maple and milk. Add the wet mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients
    Pour the batter into a 9 x 9 inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
