In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, cinnamon, salt, lemon zest, baking powder and blueberries.In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and add the maple, vanilla, lemon juice and milk.Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.Pour the batter into a 9 x 9 inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
