Crunchy Mango Sesame Slaw

- 1/2 red cabbage julienned
 - 3 carrots grated
 - 1 red bell pepper julienned
 - 2 2 scallions julienned
 - 1 mango peeled and sliced
 - 4 tbsp cilantro rough chopped 
 - 2 tbsp sesame seeds
 - 1  tbsp sesame oil
 - 3 tbsp rice vinegar
 - 1  tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 1/2 tbsp honey
 - 1 tsp sambal or sriracha
 - 1 tbsp grated ginger
 - 1 clove garlic, grated

Place the cabbage, carrots, pepper, scallions, mango, cilantro and sesame seeds in a large bowl.Whisk together the sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sambal, garlic and ginger together in a separate bowl then pour the sauce over the veggies and mix well to coat all the veggies.
