Ingredients
1 cauliflower headcut into florets
1/2tspsalt
2tbspolive oil
4-6tbspharissa paste
For the yogurt sauce
1cupplain greek yogurt
1/2tspsalt
2tbspchopped, fresh cilantro
1clovegarlicgrated or minced
1tbspfresh squeezed lemon juice
pinchground black pepper
garnish
chopped fresh cilantro
toasted sliced almonds

Instructions
For the cauliflower
Pre-heat oven to 425. Toss the florets with the olive oil and salt. Roast for 20 minutes total, flipping the cauliflower half way through.Remove from the oven and gently toss the cauliflower with the harissa paste. Roast for another 5 minutes. Remove and serve with the cilantro and lemon yogurt and sprinkle with toasted almonds and fresh cilantro.
For the yogurt sauce
Mix all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
